Frieza taking pleasure in Goku’s shock and despair assures him to not be killing Goku using ‘the planet cookie cutter’ technique. As per King Kai, Frieza did all these damages to Namek planet with only half of his power. Moreover, he also mentions to Yamcha and others, that this is why he warned all of them to not fight (action speaks more than words!) Frieza.
Frieza then thrashes and tortures Goku ultimately throwing him into the sea. Goku tries to come out but is interrupted again and again by Frieza, forcing Goku to get drowned. Goku dreams of all the people that he cares for and his family. Suddenly, the dream turns into a nightmare where everything gets burned down and destroyed by Frieza.
Earth gets destroyed and not even space debris is left. Goku with enough determination to protect his people gambles with his life, using x20 Kaioken. He packs a few powerful punches on Frieza, like playing volleyball. Following that, Goku completes the battle with a Kamehameha wave finishing move. Frieza sensing trouble uses far more energy to dispel it.

His shiny palm gets embroidered with fine crisscross burned marks. Krillin and others were discussing Goku’s strength. Picollo admits that they should not (now he believes King Kai) have challenged Frieza. Frieza got pissed off at getting hurt and starts beating Goku relentlessly. Goku had another vision where Vegeta speaks with him about a Saiyan’s pride.
Goku sees his father whose name is Bardock as told by Vegeta and also King Vegeta. With a little more thrashing, Frieza believes that Goku cannot fight back. Goku with Frieza’s guard down operates a spirit bomb. Piccolo laments about King Kai keeping the spirit bomb technique a secret from others when mentioned by Krillin.

Due to Frieza’s immense power and lack of Namek people, Goku is only able to absorb little bit of energy from Namek. Therefore, Goku calls for more spirit energy from the nearby planets. Krillin is amazed to see a huge spirit bomb sphere in the sky, compared back on Earth when used by Goku.

Frieza gets impatient and starts mock-punching Goku, who still stands up and prepares the spirit bomb. Piccolo takes some energy from Krillin and Gohan and prepares to strike Frieza. Frieza gets bored and was going to kill Goku, but suddenly saw a reflection of a glowing sphere in water. Looking in the sky, Frieza is shocked to find the amount of energy gathered in a ball.
Goku quickly attacks Frieza but instantly gets blocked by Frieza. Just as Frieza was ready to kill Goku, Piccolo kick-thrashed Frieza quite a distance away. However with a crazy face, Frieza pays back Piccolo with some next-level flip and toss, beating him here and there. Piccolo gets a good amount of beating from Frieza while Goku is almost near completion of the spirit bomb.
Just before Piccolo got killed, Krillin and Gohan ki blasted Frieza. Frieza vows to end them all mercilessly. On King Kai’s planet, the dead Ginyu force arrives and beats both Bubbles and Gregory to snatch food. They try to force everyone else to leave the small planet, as the Ginyu force is going to make it their base (can’t forget their talent).

Recoome fight Yamcha, Guldo face Chaiotzu, and both Jeice and Burter battle Tien Shinhan ,who has split himself in two. The Z-Fighters overpower the Ginyu Force eventually and seal the deal, by throwing the Ginyu force away from King Kai’s planet. The Ginyu force falls through the snakeway and drops into hell’s blood pond.
King Kai reveals that he asked King Yama to send the Ginyu force to King Kai’s planet. The purpose was to check the training progress of the Z-Fighters. Frieza being angry like a bull generates a small plasma sphere that can destroy Namek. But Goku finally completes the spirit bomb and drops it on Frieza. Frieza’s plasma sphere gets absorbed by the spirit bomb.

Frieza tries but could not block it and the spirit bomb explodes in the sea along with him. Piccolo holds Goku and brings him out of the sea avoiding the blast in time. Gohan and Krillin reach them. Goku clears everyone’s doubt that they can reach Earth fast using Goku’s spaceship. They had little time to rejoice as Frieza is once again before them.

With somewhat major injuries and his tail tip being severed, Frieza confronts the group. Without any warning, Frieza fires a ki shot towards Goku, but Piccolo pushes Goku to the side and instead gets pierced by it. Goku instructs Krillin and Gohan to leave Namek with Bulma in Goku’s spaceship. Frieza instantly binds Krillin with his telekinesis and makes him explode to death.
The final nail in the coffin happens. Thunder strikes fall one after another. Goku’s intense rage and emotions force him to finally transform into a Super Saiyan. He orders Gohan to leave Namek with Piccolo immediately before Goku loses his sanity. Frieza is surprised to see a new transformation of Goku into a Super Saiyan. Gohan takes Piccolo away from the place.
Frieza wanted to kill them both but Goku instantly stands before Frieza and breaks two of Frieza’s fingers with his grip. Hence starts Frieza’s pummeling lessons.
