Final Battle Begins in Dragon Ball Z
Goku quickly becomes Frieza’s greatest nightmare, hammering Frieza as if wack-a-mole. Frieza in defense used many powerful attacks against Goku. Ki blast, fire blast, thunder blast, you name it. Goku’s speed surpassed Frieza’s imagination, and his deadly attacks are nothing more than a simple blow of air for Goku.
Frieza asks who he is actually and Goku answers that he is the hope of the universe (Lord Beerus sleep snoring). Continuing with his slapstick beating session with Frieza, Goku through his actions reveals why Super Saiyan is a legendary figure. Frieza mocks Saiyans in front of Goku for their ruthless nature and destruction of many lifeforms.

In response, Goku merely counters Frieza’s words that he will face retribution from Goku just like Saiyans got from Frieza. Frieza understood that Goku will be massive trouble for him. Therefore, without giving any time to Goku Frieza fires a large plasma spiked ball of energy. It drops over Namek’s core destroying it.

Frieza did so because he can survive in space but Goku cannot. A huge explosion occurs and everything gets scattered. King Kai thinks that all is over but Kami contacts him. He informs that Mr. Popo will gather all the dragon balls shortly. King Kai understands after speaking with Kami that Piccolo is alive, which means there is still hope.
King Kai detects all the people left in Namek like Piccolo in Goku’s spaceship, Gohan, and Bulma. Frieza regrets not using more power to destroy Namek completely. But Goku knows that Frieza did it on purpose to not get harmed by Namek’s destruction. Frieza informs Goku that the planet has only 5 minutes (a very friendly reminder) to turn into space debris.

Goku tells that he will defeat Frieza in less time and escape with others using his spaceship. Frieza ridicules Goku that he doesn’t know his true power. Frieza reveals that he will power up to 100 percent of his power. But Goku taunts Frieza that he understands Frieza’s secret. Using his full power will cause damage to Frieza’s body itself (Goku really understands Frieza well).

Kami informs King Kai that Tien and Yamcha could be resurrected immediately but not Chiaotzu, due to him getting killed twice. Goku does not want to waste any more time letting Frieza power up and delay him. Goku thrashes Frieza again and again but Frieza is persistent to reach his full strength. Using a full seventy percent of his power, he thwarted Goku far away deep within the underground.
Goku quickly comes back but doesn’t attack Frieza. Instead, he let Frieza power up (face-palm moment). King Kai advises Goku to not delay his battle against Frieza, but Goku explains that he wants to defeat Frieza in his strongest state. Only then he can rightfully take revenge for his best friend Krillin and, also for others who were killed by Frieza in the past.

After reaching his full strength Frieza gains height similar to Goku and also achieved muscle mass (yeah same for tail too). Frieza seems to give Goku a hard time beating him black and blue. He is not giving Gou any chance to counter back but Goku is unfazed. Gohan saves Bulma from falling and getting crushed by a tectonic plate collision.

Planet Namek starts crumbling and less than three minutes are left for its destruction. King Kai suggests Kami wish for bringing those people back to life, which were killed by Frieza and his men. The catch here is that only people who are dead within a year can be resurrected. Frieza tries to sneak attack Goku with his speed, but Goku easily evades him and lands a twin face kick.
Followed by that, Goku does a powefulr Kamehameha wave firing at Frieza. Frieza who was waiting for the moment enduring the blast for some time, flipped to the side and bashed Goku who was distracted into the lava. Gohan senses that Goku’s energy signature has disappeared and therefore, after informing Bulma he goes back to fight Frieza. This way Earth will not be targeted.
As per Mr. Popo’s difficult wish, Shenron although taking a lot of time still resurrects all people killed by Frieza and his men like Namek people, Vegeta, and all the dead people on Earth. When Frieza was going to leave Namek, Gohan blocked his path to get revenge for his father. He started delaying Frieza’s time. Frieza gets delighted to kill the last Saiyan and doesn’t need to go to Earth.
Frieza decreasing his power to 50 percent is easily able to overpower Gohan. Within a short amount of time, Frieza figured out Gohan’s trap, as Namek’s time is almost up. Gohan suddenly burst with tremendous energy and used Masenko on Frieza. Frieza being unharmed was going to kill Gohan, when Goku rises from the sea.
On his instruction, Gohan goes back to the spaceship. King Kai communicates with Guru and informs him to wish for all except Frieza to be teleported to Earth.
